Yeah, how exactly DID you change the skin of the ragdoll?

Okay, lets say that I wanted to skin the forearm...

I made an arm movieclip (making sure that the registration point is at the hand) and made it follow the x and y coordinates of the original ragdoll's hand. Then I made it always point to the elbow.

I did that for every part.
